I love coconut soup

It’s getting cooler so time for more soup. Tonight Tammy made her awesome Thai Coconut Soup. The chicken was cooked only two minutes and was perfectly tender and juicy.

We added the noodles to our bowls instead of directly to the soup. Tomorrow I’m going to try the left over soup with Jasmine rice for breakfast. At last, a breakfast with zest. Who said dinner should get all the fun?
